FurnitureSG Delivery Policy

We strive to ensure that all deliveries are made within 3-5 working days following order confirmation via phone unless specified otherwise. In the event of any unexpected changes to delivery dates or times, we kindly request to be informed at least two days in advance to make necessary adjustments. 

Our delivery team operates daily from 9.30 am until late into the night, aiming to accommodate your schedule, including after office hours. While we make every effort to meet your preferred delivery timing, we advise placing your orders well in advance to secure your desired slot. 

Despite our efforts to avoid delays, traffic congestion and other uncontrollable factors may affect delivery times. As such, we reserve the right to adjust delivery dates/times in response to unforeseen circumstances. 

Know that we offer free delivery for all items, excluding certain locations and items under promotion that require specific terms and conditions to be met for promotional pricing. Learn more about our delivery surcharge in our Delivery Guidelines.

Payment Options

At FurnitureSG, we offer various payment methods to accommodate our customers' preferences and ensure a hassle-free purchasing process. For those looking to buy a bunk bed from our online platform, we offer several payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery: Enjoy the simplicity and confidence of paying in cash when your bed frame is delivered right to your door.
• Bank Transfer: For those who favour electronic payments, we welcome bank transfers to our DBS Current Account (014-903525-1), with payments payable to FurnitureSG Pte Ltd.
• Cheque: If you prefer, you can also make your payment via cheque, addressed to FurnitureSG Pte Ltd.

Cancellation Policy and Warranty

FurnitureSG has established a return policy that allows for the return of all non-customised and non-clearance items within 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, undamaged state and suitable for resale, with all original packaging intact. However, know that we hold the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of items for return and retain the right to refuse returns if items do not meet the necessary conditions. 

Should the item be deemed eligible, a restocking fee of S$100 fee applicable is applicable. For orders paid via cash on delivery or cheque that require a refund, it will be provided in cheque form when the returned item is collected. Please note, for hygiene purposes, mattresses and bedding accessories (such as blankets, quilts, and bedsheets) that have been removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Furthermore, FurnitureSG offers a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, not including damage from misuse, wear and tear, or items installed by customers or those that are clearance items. Mattress warranties adhere to the manufacturer's specific terms and can range from 1 to 20 years. These warranties generally cover significant physical defects like excessive sagging greater than 38mm but do not cover issues arising from using an unsuitable bed frame or base.
